Dr. Miryam Miyamoto and Dr. Neil Tamashiro are a mother-son team of orthodontic specialists who put family values at the center of everything we do.

Our sole focus is to help you smile more. We do that by providing high-quality orthodontic care for everyone in your family.

Commonly called Phase 1, this type of treatment is typically done when your child still has multiple baby teeth. The main goal of this treatment is to catch small problems early before they become big problems later on. Not everyone will need Phase 1, but it is good to be checked at age 7 to see how your child’s permanent teeth are developing.
